Urgent measures for the transposition of Directive 2010/31/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 2010 on the energy performance of buildings for the definition of infringement proceedings by the European Commission, as well as' other provisions of cohesion social.

Article 14
Article 14 Tax Deductions for energy efficiency measures in force since June 6, 2013
1. The provisions referred to in Article 1, paragraph 48, of the Law of 13 December 2010, no. 220, as amended, shall apply to the extent of 65 per cent also the expenditure incurred from the date of entry into force of this Decree 31 December 2013, with the exclusion of the costs of any replacements of heating systems with pumps High efficiency heat and low enthalpy geothermal systems as well as' the costs for the replacement of traditional water heater with heat pump water heater dedicated to the production of domestic hot water.
2. The deduction due under paragraph 1 shall apply to the extent of 65 per cent of the expenditure incurred from the date of entry into force of this Decree 30 June 2014 for assistance relating to the common parts of apartment buildings referred to in Articles 1117 and 1117 -bis of the Civil Code or that relate to all units' estate that make up the single condo.
3. The deduction due under this article, and 'divided into ten equal yearly amount. Shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the provisions of article 1, section 24 of the Act of 24 December 2007 No. 244, as amended, and Article 29, paragraph 6, of Decree-Law of 29 November 2008 n. 185, converted with amendments by Law of 28 January 2009 n. 2.
